Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Escapes MTB Coaching, we understand that plans can change. Due to the limited number of spaces available in our camps and clinics, the following cancellation policy applies:

Participant Cancellations

More than 14 days before the camp start date: Participants are eligible for a refund less a $25 administration fee, or may choose to receive a full credit toward another Escapes MTB Coaching camp or program.
7–13 days before the camp start date: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund or may choose to receive a full credit toward another Escapes MTB Coaching camp or program.
Less than 7 days before the camp start date: No refunds or credits will be issued.

If we are able to fill your participant's spot from our waitlist, a refund will be issued less the $25 administration fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Mountain biking is an outdoor activity, and our camps run rain or shine whenever conditions are safe.

If weather, wildfire smoke, trail closures, or other circumstances beyond our control create unsafe riding conditions, Escapes MTB Coaching reserves the right to modify the day's activities, change locations, shorten the camp day, postpone, or cancel the camp.

If Escapes MTB Coaching cancels a camp due to unsafe conditions, participants will be offered a full credit toward another camp or a full refund if a suitable alternative date cannot be provided.

If a participant chooses not to attend due to weather or other personal reasons while the camp is operating as scheduled, the standard cancellation policy above will apply.

Camp Cancellations

Escapes MTB Coaching reserves the right to cancel a camp due to insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a camp is cancelled by Escapes MTB Coaching, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to another available camp or program.

Safety

The safety of our riders is our highest priority. All decisions regarding weather, trail conditions, rider safety, and camp operations are made at the sole discretion of Escapes MTB Coaching.

Payment & Registration Policy

To secure a spot in an Escapes MTB Coaching camp, clinic, or program, registration must be completed through the online registration form.

Once the registration form has been submitted, participants will have 48 hours to complete payment in order to confirm their spot.

Cash: A receipt will be provided upon payment
Credit card: Available upon request
PayPal: Available upon request

Your registration spot is not confirmed until full payment has been received. If payment is not received within the 48-hour timeframe, Escapes MTB Coaching reserves the right to remove the registration form and release the spot to another participant.

Due to limited spaces in our programs, unpaid registrations cannot be held beyond the 48-hour payment window.
