Summer Shuttle Days

Escape's Shuttle Days are all about good vibes and riding with the right people. These small-group sessions offer guided riding with light coaching, shuttles to the trailhead, and knowledgable instructors leading the way.

Dates: July 9th, July 24th, July 30th
Time: 10am - finish time varies
Cost: $150 for all 3

Youth Summer Shuttles

Youth Summer Shuttle Days are select dates throughout the summer where Escapes MTB Instructors shuttles and guides small co-ed groups of riders on Three Blind Mice.

Who It’s For

  • Ages 12 and up

  • Riders must be very comfortable on blue trails at Three Blind Mice (or equivalent)

  • Riders should be able to ride all blue features without walking

  • Riders should be ready to explore more technical terrain as skills and conditions allow

How It Works

  • Riders may be split into groups based on ability

  • Groups meet at junctions as needed

  • Trail choices are flexible and based on rider ability and trail conditions

  • Max riders 5
  • Drop in option is space permitting (priority goes to those registered for all 3 shuttle days)

What to Expect

  • Shuttle access from Poplar Grove Pump Track parking lot to Rusty Muffler

  • Guided group riding with light coaching as needed

  • Emphasis on trail awareness, group riding, and fun

 

Girl's Only Youth Shuttles

Youth Girls’ Shuttle Day is a guided shuttle ride on Three Blind Mice, designed to give young female riders a fun, supportive space to ride, build confidence, and enjoy time on the trails with peers.

Led by experienced coaches, this small-group day focuses on guided riding with light coaching along the way - encouraging progression, trail awareness, and confidence without pressure or competition.

Who It’s For

  • Girls ages 10–15 

  • Riders comfortable on green and blue trails (or equivalent)

  • Girls who want to ride with peers in a positive, encouraging environment

Groups may be divided into beginner and intermediate as needed to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

How It Works

  • Small group sizes for individual attention

  • Guided descents with tips and encouragement along the way

  • Groups may be split by ability and regroup at junctions as needed

  • Trail choices based on group ability, goals, and trail conditions

  • Max riders 5
  • Drop in option is space permitting (priority goes to those registered for both shuttle days)

Women’s Only Shuttles

Women’s Only Shuttle Day is an instructed and guided shuttle ride on Three Blind Mice, created to offer a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for women to ride and progress.

Led by certified coaches, this small-group day combines guided riding with helpful tips and skill drills along the way. The focus is on confidence, flow, and enjoying time on the trails, not pressure or speed.

Who It’s For

  • Women riders comfortable on green and blue trails (or equivalent)

  • Riders looking to build confidence in a supportive setting
